In this document, “Agrians”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to AGRIANS, registered in EGYPT under Commercial Registration Number 26616, with Tax Registration Number 763-859-729 and registered address at Apt. 1, Plot 45, New Nubaria City, Al Beheira, Egypt.

Agrians is committed to conducting international agricultural trade in accordance with applicable export, import, customs, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery, tax, food-safety, phytosanitary, and other relevant laws and regulations.

We may screen customers, beneficial owners, banks, vessels, carriers, intermediaries, counterparties, destinations, end users, and transaction details against applicable restrictions and risk indicators. Screening may occur before quotation, confirmation, payment, loading, document release, or at another stage where circumstances change.

• Company registration, tax, ownership, address, identity, importer, and authorised-signatory documents.
• Import permits, food-safety registrations, phytosanitary import conditions, customs details, end-use or end-user information, and destination approvals.
• Bank account ownership, payment source, trade references, and documents reasonably required to verify a lawful commercial purpose.
• Clarification of unusual routing, third-party payment, transshipment, document, product, or destination arrangements.

Agrians may delay, suspend, reject, or cancel an enquiry or transaction, decline a payment, or request additional information where it reasonably identifies a prohibited party, restricted destination, sanctions or export-control risk, fraud or corruption risk, documentation concern, unlawful purpose, safety issue, or other material legal or reputational concern. This may occur even after preliminary commercial discussions, subject to the contract and applicable law.

Agrians does not guarantee that every product can be exported to every country. Eligibility can depend on crop and origin approvals, phytosanitary protocols, pest status, residue rules, packaging and labelling, licences, quotas, seasonal restrictions, sanctions, transport availability, and competent-authority decisions.

Buyers must comply with all applicable import permits, customs rules, taxes and duties, food-safety and traceability rules, phytosanitary requirements, sanctions, labelling, packaging, storage, distribution, and destination-country requirements. They must provide accurate, complete, and timely information and must not divert goods, documents, or payments in breach of law or the agreed transaction.
