Quality and Certifications

In this document, “Agrians”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to AGRIANS, registered in EGYPT under Commercial Registration Number 26616, with Tax Registration Number 763-859-729 and registered address at Apt. 1, Plot 45, New Nubaria City, Al Beheira, Egypt.

We aim to supply agricultural produce against clear written B2B specifications. The applicable standard is the one confirmed for the order, not a general website description. Requirements may vary by customer, market, variety, crop, and destination law.

Country of origin is stated in the relevant commercial and shipment documents. Product grades, sizes or calibres, varieties, tolerances, defect limits, and presentation should be agreed before confirmation.

Because our products are agricultural and naturally grown, size, shape, color, weight, appearance, availability, and crop characteristics may vary depending on the season, variety, harvest conditions, and agreed product specifications.

Produce may be sorted, graded, and inspected during preparation and packing using the process applicable to the product and order. Sampling has inherent limitations and does not represent an absolute guarantee of every individual unit. A third-party inspection can be arranged where agreed in advance, including the inspector, scope, standard, sampling plan, timing, cost, and reporting format.

Packaging standards are agreed for product protection, ventilation, labelling, palletisation, net weight, transport mode, and destination requirements. Storage and handling conditions—including temperature, humidity, airflow, hygiene, stacking, and time in transit—depend on the product. All parties in the chain must maintain the agreed conditions and preserve relevant records.

• Batch, lot, grower, packing, or dispatch traceability may be provided where available and required by the agreed system.
• A Phytosanitary Certificate and Certificate of Origin may be supplied where required and applicable to the shipment.
• Laboratory analysis may be provided where available or commissioned where agreed, with the method, laboratory, sample, parameters, limits, timing, and cost confirmed in advance.
• Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, transport documents, and agreed inspection records support shipment identification but should be checked promptly by the buyer.

The buyer must disclose destination-country import, food-safety, phytosanitary, residue, labelling, packaging, and documentary requirements before order confirmation. Customer-specific specifications are binding only when accepted in writing. A requirement introduced or changed later may affect feasibility, price, timing, or cancellation rights.

Agrians does not claim a certification merely because a standard is common in the industry or requested by a buyer. Only current, verified certifications expressly published or provided for the relevant legal entity, farm, packing facility, product, scope, and validity period should be relied upon.
