It does not create a sales contract or alter any agreed trade terms.

• Quotation and product requirements, including product, grade, size, variety, packaging, required quantity, destination country and port, requested shipment window, Incoterm preferences, certification or inspection requirements, and free-text messages.
• Order and transaction information, including quotations, Proforma Invoices, Purchase Orders, contracts, payment status, shipment documentation, claims, complaints, and correspondence.
• Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, and server logs where collected by our hosting or security providers.

When you submit a form, we may receive your company name, contact name, email address, phone number, country, destination port, required quantity, shipment window, product requirements, and any information included in your message. Required fields are identified in the form. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Submitting a quotation request is an invitation to discuss a potential B2B transaction. It is not an order and does not create a binding sales contract.

• To respond to and communicate with potential and existing customers.

Agricultural exports are international by nature. Information may be processed in Egypt, your country, transit or destination countries, and countries where service providers operate. Retention periods vary by record type and jurisdiction, after which information is deleted, anonymised, or securely archived where required by law.
